At Couleur Aube LLC, we take pride in creating unique, original handmade art prints that are carefully crafted to the highest quality standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Exchange Policy

Refunds are not accepted, but you can return your print in exchange for another equally priced item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven days of its arrival to request an exchange at marion@couleur-aube.com. Please return your item(s) in their original, resellable condition within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

Please note that for exchanges or changes of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our workshop in Brooklyn, New York. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items that are sent through couriers.

Faulty Items

​

We take great care to ensure that our products are free of defects. However, as all our artworks are handmade, there may be some unwanted defaults. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order number and images of the damage, defect, or fault so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
